OpenGolin.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the operator of this website and the OpenGolin.AI software platform. Our website is https://opengolin.ai.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our service:

• Account data: Your name and email address when you register for a free license or purchase a plan.
• Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to all payment processing.
• Contact form data: Name, email, company name, and message when you submit the contact form.
• Analytics data: Anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, referral source). No personal identifiers are transmitted.
• License registration: Email address and installation identifier (a random UUID generated at install time) to validate your license.

• To deliver, maintain, and improve the OpenGolin.AI platform.
• To issue and validate software licenses.
• To send transactional emails (license keys, download tokens, renewal reminders).
• To respond to support and sales enquiries.
• To measure and improve website performance via analytics.

We will never sell your data to third parties.

OpenGolin.AI is a 100% on-premise platform. All AI inference, document processing, database queries, and conversation data remain entirely within your own infrastructure. We have no access to, and do not collect, any data processed by the OpenGolin.AI software running on your servers.

We use only strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Google Analytics uses anonymised cookies governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Account and license data is retained for as long as your license is active plus 2 years after expiry for accounting and legal compliance. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
